I must thank the organisation of the inaugural farran 4 miler for asking me to host this lovely fun run, it is a testament to their hard work and dedication that we had 340 participants running on Sunday, all monies raised will be going to the knockaderry National School.
also lovely to meet Nigel and the Team at the Farranfore Roadhouse Diner who were very welcoming, Nigel has a superb restaurant, good quality food in a clean friendly environment and it was lovely to wind down there.
