Well here we go again, its that time of year when my thoughts turn to Ironman, I will be in Lanzarote from the 15th to 22nd May in order to Co host Ironman with my good friend Colin, also Carmen and the rest of the team.
This year looks to be even bigger and better than previous years, it is a competition that has grown and grown into the spectacular that is is today, hence the title The Biggest Event in the Lanzarote Sporting Calendar.
I am looking forward to catching up with old friends while I am there.
