After the success of the first ever Hardman Ocean Lava Sprint 2 weeks ago in Valentia Island.
we are now heading to Waterville Saturday 8th July for the Middle Distance.
A 1.9km swim, 90km on the bike course and a 21kn run.
We kick off at 9.30am and look forward to seeing you there
